Description
A pink neon base with golden iridescent flakes and golden holo glitters.
For best coverage, I recommend two to three layers plus top coat. A base coat also increases the wearing time.
Info: Please store your neon polishes in a dark place, since the pigments are sensitive to light and this can make them fade with time.
