Where are Chamaeleon Nails nail polishes made?
All Chamaeleon Nails polishes are handmade by me in a separate room at my home in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) in small batches.
Are Chamaeleon Nails nail polishes cruelty-free?
Animal testing for cosmetics is prohibited by law in the EU since 2013. I use raw materials from the EU for the most part. And for those that I source from outside the EU, I made sure that no animal testing was done.
Are your polishes vegan?
All Chamaeleon Nails polishes are vegan. I do not use any animal derived ingredients such as carmine (red dye produced from lice that are specially bred for this purpose) or guanine (extracted from fish scales that gives shimmer/shine).
What ingredients are in your polishes?

Are your nail polishes save to use?
Yes. I only use high quality ingredients approved for cosmetics; for all nail polishes offered here on the site, a CPSR Cosmetic Product Safety Report has been made and the polishes are notified at CPNP. Thus, they fully comply with the EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 (EU Cosmetics Regulation).
How should I store the polishes?
I recommend that you store the polishes in a cool and dark place, preferably in a cabinet or drawer.
What to do if a polish becomes too thick?
Due to the larger amount of glitter or flakes in some polishes, they can become a bit thicker over time. You can thin them to make them smooth again. Please use a high-quality nail polish thinner. CAUTION: Please do not use nail polish remover or acetone! This will damage the pigments/glitter.
Can I order from outside the EU?
Yes, you can order from the following countries: United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland. However, please keep in mind that customs fees may apply.

What do I pay for shipping?

How fast are orders being processed?
I ship all orders within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Of course, it can be faster - it depends on the total order volume.
What happens if a polish arrives damaged?
Please send a photo of the damaged polish to info(at)chamaeleon-nails.com within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
You will get a refund of the purchase price.
Can I return nail polish?
Only unused nail polishes can be returned. Please send me an email to info(at)chamaeleon-nails.com beforehand.
Please note that you have to pay the return shipping costs.
